The whole property is yours—a converted barn accessed via footpath through open fields, with parking for two cars and a front garden to sit in. Everything happens on the ground floor: a combined living room and kitchen that opens onto the lounge space, a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed, shower room, and an additional toilet. The sofa bed in the lounge converts to a double, giving you a third sleeping space if needed.

The kitchen has an electric hob, air fryer, and combi microwave for straightforward cooking. Underfloor heating keeps the place warm throughout, and large windows frame the surrounding fields—the kind of views you come to the countryside for. One dog stays free. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, plus you'll find a welcome pack on arrival. No smoking inside. The footpath-only access means it's genuinely removed from the main road, though you'll want a car to explore the area properly.
