The building holds four bedrooms across two upper floors—a king on the first floor, another king on the second, plus a double and a pull-out double—with two bathrooms between them. Downstairs, a kitchen with range cooker and full appliances opens into a dining room that seats up to twelve. The living room, also on the first floor, has a wood burner, Smart TV with streaming access, and a collection of DVDs. A shower room on the ground floor is handy after beach visits.

The property sleeps eight and comes as your own for the duration. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered, plus the initial wood burner fuel. A garage houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and beach equipment—chairs, buckets, spades, boogie boards. There is private parking for one car and a rear courtyard garden. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged if needed. The location puts shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance, making it work for families or groups after a straightforward seaside break.
