Viking Bay and Louisa Bay are just across the road, making this split-level apartment in an Edwardian building ideal for seaside days without the drive back. Broadstairs town centre is walkable, and there's a pub within a mile. The beaches here suit families and groups of up to six looking for a proper escape rather than a resort.

The property spreads across two levels. Ground floor holds two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, the other with two bunk beds—plus the bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, an open-plan living and dining room connects to a separate kitchen. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more. The kitchen handles proper cooking: induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer and washing machine are all there. There's a balcony with a barbecue. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included.

The approach has 14 steps; the main accommodation lies on the ground and first floors. No smoking throughout. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.
