Joss Bay Days is a second-floor apartment in a characterful flint-built property in St Peters, Broadstairs. The space is finished to a high standard with a bright, open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed (4ft 6in), one with two singles (3ft). There's a shower room with heated towel rail. The essentials are covered: electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, plus private parking for one car and a highchair if needed. No smoking throughout.

St Peters is the quieter, more historic end of Broadstairs, centred on a village green with a flint church, independent shops, traditional pubs and cafés within easy reach on foot. The coastal appeal is the real draw—Viking Bay, the town's main beach with golden sand and coloured beach huts, is a short drive away and offers swimming, sunbathing and paddleboarding in a sheltered setting. The clifftop walks and quieter coves along the coast are also close by. This is somewhere to base yourself for a seaside break without the bustle of the seafront itself.
