Viking Bay and Broadstairs seafront are a brief walk away, along with the town's cafes, restaurants and amusement arcades. The cottage sits on a residential street close enough to reach the beach and high street on foot, but far enough back for quiet. It's a double-fronted house with three bedrooms spread across two floors, sleeping up to seven: two double rooms, one with twin singles, plus a sofa bed in a second living space downstairs. Two bathrooms serve the property—one a shower room on the ground floor, the other upstairs with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fitted for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine, with a tumble dryer for drying off after beach days. Ground-floor living room has a Smart TV and electric fire. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. The back garden has patio seating and garden furniture. One well-behaved dog can stay free. Parking is on the road outside.

The cottage works for families wanting easy beach access, groups of friends sharing, or couples after more space than a standard holiday let. No smoking inside. Arrival is after 15:00, departure before 10:00.
