Prospect House

Prospect House spreads across three storeys, so you arrive into a layout where the ground and lower levels give you distinct spaces to live in. The lower floor holds the kitchen and dining room – equipped for proper cooking with a gas range, hob, air fryer and dishwasher – plus a shower room and direct access to the enclosed garden and patio. Upstairs on the ground floor is a living room with a smart TV, then two further bedrooms up on the first floor. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, while the other two contain a day bed and double bed respectively.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and sleeps: three bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps six. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering; laundry facilities are on site. Outside, the patio and garden provide a sitting area with furniture. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Victoria Gardens lies in Broadstairs, within walking distance of Dickens House Museum and the seafront. Thanet's beaches and coastal paths are accessible from here, and the quieter neighbourhoods around Broadstairs suit families seeking a straightforward seaside base.
