What visitors say
The staff are so nice and friendly. The whole place is extremely clean. We went to a 9:15 showing in Screen 2 and it wasn't busy. Paid online so they just scanned us through. Daughter had a medium sweet and salty popcorn with M&M's (I assume the large would have come in a wheel barrow because the medium was HUGE), a novelty Toy Story cup filled up with mixed Ice Blast (Woodys head fell off) and I had a medium 7up... all came to just under £26. Which you can't complain about because you expect to pay at a cinema plus there's ALWAYS offers on cheap tickets so what you save on the movie you can splurge on the treats... pretty sure thats winning at life. So - that was my Friday night. Dont know if that will be of any use to anyone but when Google asks your opinion it would be rude not to. Enjoy!

We moved to Cleveleys at the beginning of the year and paid our first visit to the Vue Cinema Cleveleys today to see The Odyssey. What an absolutely fantastic cinema. It's ideally placed on the promenade with plenty of free parking at the rear. The seats were very reasonably priced compared to similar cinema's in the Manchester area where we used to live. A special mention though goes to the staff on duty. All were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. Thank-you. 😊👍

Toy Story Turned Into a Horror Story. I took my two grandchildren to watch the 5:10 screening of Toy Story yesterday. We're all used to young children chatting, getting restless, or becoming a little agitated during a family film. That's part and parcel of going to a cinema showing aimed at children, and most people accept that. Unfortunately, yesterday's experience went far beyond that. A family of six sat directly in front of us, and the children cried, shouted, and talked loudly throughout virtually the entire film. There was no respite at any point during the screening, making it extremely difficult to follow or enjoy the movie. I genuinely felt sorry for the children, as they were clearly tired, hungry, or simply not in the right frame of mind to sit through a full-length film. The disappointing part was that the parents appeared completely unconcerned and continued watching the movie without making any effort to take the children outside for a break or show consideration for the rest of the audience. Family screenings should be welcoming and understanding of young children, but there is a difference between the occasional disturbance and a constant disruption from beginning to end. Sadly, what should have been a special afternoon with my grandchildren ended up being remembered for all the wrong reasons.

I don’t use this term very often but we’ve had the cinema trip from HELL. When booking tickets i opted for 2 seats in the back of screen 1. Upon having our tickets checked the staff member informed us that the seats we had booked are located in the disabled area and that if there was any disabled people in tha section we’d have to be moved. Appalled i was, never in my 30 years have I been subjected to such naivety, the staff need to realise not all disabilities are visible, if they had taken the time to ask us they would of learned that my friend is extremely autistic and doesn’t play well with others. I recommend the Vue cinema staff get training on this issue, absolutely awful behaviour. The film was good though 8/10.
