What visitors say
I booked a party for my daughter's 10th birthday on the 21st June at the Hull site. The venue was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and organised. The food (pizza and wedges) were good. The staff cut up the cake and wrapped it into napkins. Drinks were topped up a lot and this was no problem. The assault course isn't as big as the one that used to be in Beverley. The price was reasonable for the quality of food and service. I think the only difficulty was booking a slot, there weren't many available on the dates I wanted. Maybe book plenty in advance to get the time/date you want. Also the waivers are a bit unclear. I had to ring to clarify who completes them for a party if the children are not accompanied by their parent.

We had a birthday party for my son and his friends who are all SEN, the staff were brilliant really good with them all. They had pizza and wedges and they were plenty, more than enough for everyone then they had ice cream and a muffin, we took our own cake and the staff cut it for us and put it into the party bags, which were provide by the venu and very good. Would definitely recommend and like to thank the lady who was organising our party ( sorry I didn’t get your name)

I mean its okay for what it is but I did expect it to be more stable and have permanent fixtures (like others i wont name) but this is effectively a giant bouncy castle in a warehouse. Sessions are a decent length for younger children but older ones could probably keep going a bit longer.

Can honestly say been there done that now & it was overrated. It got children out for abit great, but you can't see them atall once they go into the bouncy pen, I bought a latte & it tasted burnt. Its a long time not to be able to see your kids so if their injured you wouldn't know & it's not as big as it looks on website. Also safety of public walking in with children about not the best security like no gate to pass through before hand. It's a place you may go once & that's it.

People say this inflatable park offers great fun for kids, with plenty of seating and lockers, and staff are friendly, organized, and attentive, especially for parties.
Other reviews mention the sessions can be short and they can be overpriced.
