24 Steed Close spreads across two floors with a straightforward layout: downstairs holds the living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory and a separate toilet; upstairs contains three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor opens directly from the entrance with minimal steps, leading into living space arranged for both relaxation and cooking. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has bunk beds; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is included, along with heating, bed linen and towels.
Outside, a patio garden with barbecue and furniture occupies the rear of the property, enclosed for privacy. On-site parking accommodates two cars. One dog stays free of charge; smoking is not permitted inside.
Paignton sits on Torbay's coast with the beach and pier on the doorstep.
