Dinosaur World and Torquay's harbour are both within reach on foot from 3 Torwood Gables, along with restaurants, shops and the Princess Theatre. Living Coasts, where you can see penguins and other wildlife, sits just across the water. The cottage occupies part of a Victorian primary school that has been converted into apartments, retaining original wooden beams and sash windows alongside updated flooring and fittings.
The ground floor opens into a single living, kitchen and dining space with a gas hob and dishwasher for cooking, a TV and DVD player for downtime. One bedroom contains a king bed with ensuite shower; the other has bunk beds. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for one car on site, and one dog is welcome. No smoking inside. The property sleeps four and is yours alone—no shared spaces or other guests.
