Very welcoming, friendly staff. They were responsive to all our requests and did a great job with the weekly cleaning of the apartment, which we have never experienced before. Well done!

This was my forth time staying at Trinity Mews, Torquay. Great little apartment in an ideal location for the town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc Everything is only a short walking distance away. Bonus is that apartment 7 has it's own parking space, perfect if you have a small size hatchback car (wouldn't be suitable for larger cars). The apartment has all the essentials with extras such as, smart tv, Alexia device, books, dvds and games. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, air fryer, microwave and washer dryer etc. Fresh bedding and towels provided also. Easy booking and check in procedure. Couldn't ask for more.

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience with a booking made through Booking.com. We booked the property in advance and informed the host of our arrival time a day prior. Since the booking was confirmed, we continued our journey expecting everything to be properly arranged. However, upon reaching the property, there was no one present. We received no response before arrival or even after reaching the location. We sent multiple messages and attempted to call the provided contact number, but it was unreachable. We were left completely stranded despite having a confirmed booking. When we contacted Booking.com customer support, the solution offered was completely impractical. We were suggested an alternative accommodation approximately 11 hours away, even after clearly stating that we were traveling with a child. This response showed a serious lack of understanding and customer care. This experience highlights major issues with both host reliability and the support provided through Booking.com. A confirmed booking should guarantee basic accountability and assistance, which was clearly missing in this case. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Avoid this place at all costs – you risk losing your money. We booked this property for a full month for our family of four, and the experience was shockingly bad. When we arrived, the accommodation had a strong smell of wet dog and was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. It was completely unsuitable for our two young children – or for anyone expecting safe and sanitary conditions. When we complained we were asked to leave the very next day. Subsequently we only received a partial refund, leaving us out of pocket by several hundred pounds. The owner’s behaviour throughout the situation was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. We are now exploring legal options due to the financial loss and distress caused. Save yourself the trouble and the stress – stay far, far away from this place.
