Torquay's clifftop position means the sea is never far away—the shoreline lies less than a mile off. This first-floor apartment looks out over the water from its living room and balcony, sitting in an elevated spot above the beach and Tor Bay. The town centre is a few hundred metres away, so you're close enough to wander down for cream tea or a pub lunch without it dominating the view.

Apartment 3 has everything on one floor: an open-plan living and dining area with Freeview, a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. There's a sofa bed in the living room too, which is how the apartment sleeps five. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard; the grounds have a shared sitting area and there's on-road parking. No smoking is permitted.

From here you can walk the coastal paths, try your hand at water sports, or use it as a base for exploring further—Brixham, Totnes and Dartmoor are all within reach. The apartment is no-smoking and there are steps in the grounds.
