Lawnside is a ground-floor apartment within a period villa in Roundham, Paignton, decorated to reflect the building's Edwardian character. It sleeps four: a double bedroom and a separate bunk bed suitable for children under ten, plus one bathroom with a double shower. The open-plan living area combines sitting and dining space with a kitchen equipped for self-catering, and there is on-site parking for one car.
The apartment sits in a quiet corner of town yet within walking distance of Paignton's beach, harbour and town centre. Goodrington's sports and leisure facilities are also nearby. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. The property does not permit smoking. Nine steps lead down to the entrance.

Super holiday apartments ranging from couples only to families. There are several different types of apartments that we found through the Air B and B site. Our apartment 8 (Roof Tops) was quirky, set on two floors and in the roof space with super views. A new bathroom with small bath and super shower over. Very peaceful with sounds of the seagulls and tooting of the steam train on occasions. The bustling harbour and shops is only a short walk down the road and further along is Paignton beach and attractions. A further and prettier walk along the coastal path and gardens takes you to Goodrington beach. Our host was a super person to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about many subjects. The car park is smallish and you need to be mindful with the host about the best position for your apartment and idealy let her know your car size so that she can greet and guide you upon arrival.
