Blue Waters Apartments - Serenity Sands is a ground floor apartment for two on Cliff Park Road in Paignton, within easy reach of the seafront and local shops. The open plan living space contains a 55-inch Smart TV and an electric woodburner; a conservatory opens off this main room, and the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob and microwave. The bedroom holds a kingsize bed with its own 32-inch TV. An ensuite bathroom includes a slipper bath, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and there is parking for one car on site.
An external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is shared with other apartments here, and guests have access to a shared enclosed garden with seating. Paignton itself offers a cinema, crazy golf, arcades and various parks, pubs and restaurants. The neighbouring harbourside town of Brixham, three and a half miles away, is known for fresh seafood and coastal walks including Berry Head. Arrival is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00. No smoking is permitted inside the property.

As soon as we arrived and opened the door my wife said I like this. On the small side but perfectly big enough for the two of us,it had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. A very comfortable bed and a lovely garden to sit in when it got a bit breezy on the beach. Had one small issue whilst we were there which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Will certainly be back.

Me and Natalie have been here a few times now and it's very Clean and tidy and a Buitiful place to stay. Your own apartments surrounded by gardens free private car park. Very close to all types of shops sea front very close. If you don't drive very close to bus routes. Pip & Natalie

Where to start??? Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is there. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cosy living area, and the property is so close to the beach in one direction and to the local shops in the other direction. Gill (the owner) was charming and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend, we will definitely book again 😊

We stayed in shoreline. A compact apartment for two people. The conservatory and patio area were perfect for our two dogs. Everything you could want was available and the laundry room was a real bonus. Just a short walk from the beach and lots of take away and shops just a few yards away. A nice pub serving meals across the road. Lots to visit around Torbay. Altogether wonderful.
