Blue Waters Apartments - Shoreline is a ground-floor apartment in Goodrington, with Goodrington Beach within easy walking distance and Paignton Beach reachable in about twenty minutes on foot. The South West Coastal Path runs close by for those who like longer walks.
The apartment is a single open-plan space with a kitchen area that has what you need to cook proper meals, a living area with a smart TV, and straightforward access to everything. The bedroom holds a zip-and-link bed that can be split into twin singles if preferred, plus another TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bath. You get bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. There's an enclosed garden with sitting-out space for guests of the apartment, and private parking for one car on site. One small dog is welcome for a fee.
The property is on the ground floor with just two steps to the entrance, making it accessible for most people. No smoking is permitted. You'll have everything needed for a short break or longer stay by the coast.

As soon as we arrived and opened the door my wife said I like this. On the small side but perfectly big enough for the two of us,it had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. A very comfortable bed and a lovely garden to sit in when it got a bit breezy on the beach. Had one small issue whilst we were there which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Will certainly be back.

Me and Natalie have been here a few times now and it's very Clean and tidy and a Buitiful place to stay. Your own apartments surrounded by gardens free private car park. Very close to all types of shops sea front very close. If you don't drive very close to bus routes. Pip & Natalie

Where to start??? Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is there. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cosy living area, and the property is so close to the beach in one direction and to the local shops in the other direction. Gill (the owner) was charming and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend, we will definitely book again 😊

We stayed in shoreline. A compact apartment for two people. The conservatory and patio area were perfect for our two dogs. Everything you could want was available and the laundry room was a real bonus. Just a short walk from the beach and lots of take away and shops just a few yards away. A nice pub serving meals across the road. Lots to visit around Torbay. Altogether wonderful.
