Harbour Heights spreads across two floors with distinct spaces. The ground floor holds a living and dining area anchored by a woodburner, a modern kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Three bedrooms occupy the upper level: one with a super kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and two with single beds. The third bedroom is downstairs. All the essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included.

The kitchen opens directly onto a rear garden, part lawned and part gravelled, where a summerhouse provides shelter. Two cars can park on site, and an electric charging point is available. The property sits in a quiet residential road just outside Torquay, within walking distance of the town centre, seafront restaurants, pubs and beaches. Kingswear and Dartmouth are a short drive away, as are Paignton and the wider English Riviera. Note that the stairs are steep and narrow.
