This contemporary coastal home in Brixham was built with modern comfort in mind, though it retains genuine character. Two bedrooms sleep four guests—a king in one room, two singles in the other—each with an en-suite shower room. A third wet room with walk-in shower serves the rest of the property. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living space centres on a woodburner, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine. There's off-road parking for one car and a patio garden where you can sit outside.

The kitchen comes equipped for cooking from scratch: electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the woodburner comes with an initial supply of fuel. One dog is welcome, on a lead. No smoking. Families with younger children should note the property doesn't accept guests under three years old. Brixham's beaches, harbour and restaurants are a short walk away. The nearest landmark is the Sainsbury's petrol station.
