Occombe Woods lie directly accessible from the garden gate, offering woodland walks without leaving the property grounds. Occombe Farm Café is under a mile away on foot, and Preston Sands is roughly a twenty-minute walk or short drive. The location works well for exploring Torbay's coastline while staying somewhere quiet, or simply using the woodland as your main destination.
