Sandringham Heights

Sandringham Heights is a detached bungalow on a single level, everything accessible from the entrance without stairs. You step straight into a living room with a Smart TV, then through to a kitchen-diner that has a sofa bed, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom holds a double bed, the other two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Throughout the property, gas central heating keeps things warm, and Wi-Fi is live. One dog can stay free of charge.

Outside, there's an enclosed garden with furniture, a summerhouse and a bike store. Two cars park on site. The bungalow sits in a quiet residential street with a shop half a mile away and a pub and restaurant a mile and a half further. A sandy beach is a mile off. The location works well for families, walkers and anyone heading to nearby Dartmoor, the National Trust estates scattered through the area, or Paignton Zoo. Dartmouth and Kingswear are a short drive for river trips and castle visits. Smoking is not permitted inside.
