Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village and Living Coasts are all within reach for a day out. Lotts View sits between these two stretches of coast, making it a practical base whether you want a quiet break or somewhere to explore the area.

The house holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms across a single ground floor. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite; the other two contain single beds and bunk beds respectively. A family bathroom offers a bath with shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking, opening into a dining space, while the living room has doors onto the garden. Wifi, heating and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue wraps around the property. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with sea views. Parking for up to four cars sits on the drive, with a garage offering a washing machine and storage. The house does not permit smoking. A cot and highchair are available if needed.
