Ninety by the Bay

Ninety by the Bay is a three-bedroom house near Torquay with everything needed for a week away already in place. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a welcome pack on arrival. The property sleeps six across three levels, with an ensuite attached to the top-floor bedroom, a family bathroom, and a separate ground-floor toilet. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—and there's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer if you need it. Downstairs, a living room with woodburner and Smart TV (with Netflix and Freesat) opens onto a dining room, while the garden beyond has a barbecue, seating and plenty of lawn. A travel cot and highchair are available. You get private parking for two cars on site and a bike store for exploring the area. The house does not permit smoking.

Armada Park is nearby, and you're close enough to Torquay's beaches and harbourside walks. The setting is quiet and sunny, on a residential street away from the noise of the seafront itself.
