The south-facing balcony is the signature feature: wide enough for morning coffee as the sun rises and evening drinks as it sets over distant Dartmoor, with outdoor furniture and patio heaters for year-round use. The two-storey layout holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests comfortably.

Ground floor living spaces flow onto the balcony through French doors—the sitting room seats eight around an ornamental fireplace with chandeliers, and the dining area accommodates the same number at table. A kitchen with a range, American fridge-freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher handles the practicalities, while a separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, two kingsize bedrooms and two twin rooms each have their own ensuite (one with a spa bath), plus a smart TV and Netflix access throughout.
