Sea Salt Lodge

Sea Salt Lodge is a detached house across three split levels in Torbay, sleeping six. The ground floor holds the main living spaces: a sitting room with patio doors opening to a sea-facing balcony, a kitchen with full appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, and a conservatory. Bedrooms are distributed across the property—a king on the ground floor (which accesses the conservatory), a four-poster double, and a twin with an elevated town view. There are two bathrooms and a separate shower room.

A detached games room with its own entrance contains a pool table, dartboard and bluetooth speaker system. The garden combines decked areas, astro turf, a summerhouse, gas barbecue and heater. The balcony is furnished for sitting out. On-site parking fits two cars. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property sits on the former grounds of Waldon Castle—traces of the original stone remain visible from the garden—and is within walking distance of Torquay's seafront and harbour. The open-tread stairs and steps in the garden mean this layout may not suit everyone.
