🏡 Self-Catering Cottage 🐾 Pets Welcome

Sunny Parkside

Photo: Sunny Parkside

Sunny Parkside is a ground-floor family home in Paignton, sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; the other two rooms contain single and bunk beds respectively. A large living room, open-plan kitchen and dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a spacious garden complete the layout. One dog is welcome to stay.

The garden is the real draw here: decked and furnished, it overlooks the park and contains a private hot tub available year-round. Parking for two cars is provided, including an electric vehicle charging point. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, induction hob and microwave. A cot and highchair are available if needed.

Torbay Leisure Centre is the immediate neighbour, with Paignton Zoo and the seafront within reach. The location sits in a quieter pocket of town rather than at its hub, which suits families wanting both access to attractions and some peace.

This holiday home had everything you could need. It was impressive and so clean. The owners met us on arrival and showed us all around and explained how everything worked The built up patio was a lovely a added bonus as was the hot tub. There was a big open green field on the back of the garden if you have any dogs this was another bonus. Gardens not overlooked and enclosed. Would highly recommend
