Just stayed here over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Great place to stay, the accommodation, location and breakfast were all high quality. Lena was a lovely hostess, such a nice person. Highly recommend this place if your planning a stay in Torquay.

Myself and partner stay at The Palms at the end of August this year ,we had a very warm welcome from Lena . Our room The King room was Amazing , we loved the decor it was very homely bonus was having a fridge in the room it's a pitty more Hotels/B&Bs don't do the same . ever peace place to stay it was also very clean /tidy and comfortable . Thank you

My wife and I spent 3 enjoyable nights here to celebrate her Birthday. Lena was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a shame that due to illness, Breakfast could not be served but Lena ensured we were reimbursed with enough to enjoy Breakfasts in town. I stayed here many many years ago and it has retained all of it's charm. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return when we are next staying in the area.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. Can’t reccomend enough. Lena is such a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us, really is everything you could ask for. The hotel itself is great, clean and has a home from home feel. We stayed in the budget room and it was fantastic, not too small at all. Cleaned everyday with your tea and coffee topped up too. The breakfasts were fantastic, you got a choice of what you wanted - the veggie sausages are amazing! Thank you so much for making our stay so welcome. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!
