The apartment is on the ground floor, spread across living, kitchen and two bedrooms. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors opening onto a decked area where you can sit and watch the sea. The main bedroom holds a super kingsize bed with an ensuite shower; the second has two singles. A full bathroom serves the rest of the property. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, microwave and full-size fridge—with a washer-dryer built in. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wifi are included. There is parking for one car on site and a small garden with seating.

The Tarka Trail, a walking and cycling route along a disused railway, is about three miles away. Barnstaple and Bideford, both with weekly markets, are nearby towns. The Waterfront Inn sits close by for evening meals. No smoking is permitted inside.
