The Balcony

The Green is where Westward Ho! meets everyday convenience—a coastal village with a wide beach, water sports, and all the essentials within walking distance. The Balcony sits here as a two-storey apartment sleeping four, accessed via thirteen steps to the entrance and an internal staircase.

Downstairs holds two bedrooms: one with a super-king bed and en-suite, the other with two singles; a separate shower room serves both. Upstairs is an open-plan living space with a modern kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave) that genuinely lets you cook, plus a sitting area with a smart TV. Step out from the living room to a private balcony with views across the beach. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels included. One car can park on site. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The property is entirely yours, no shared areas. Smoking is not permitted. Families with young children will find a travel cot and highchair available, plus a stairgate.
