49 Sea Valley

49 Sea Valley is a ground-floor cottage positioned at the top of a short steep pathway within a holiday park near Bideford, with the sea visible from its elevated spot. The interior is arranged as one open-plan living space, combining living area, dining area and kitchen without internal doors. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for self-catering; the living area has a TV and an electric wood-burning stove. One bedroom contains a double bed (4ft 6in), the other has two single beds (3ft each). The bathroom is a shower room with a cubicle and toilet. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and there is parking for one car on site.

The property accommodates four people and one well-behaved pet at no extra charge. Smoking is not permitted. Beyond the cottage itself, the holiday park offers shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool (25m × 10m, 1m–3m deep, open March to September, 10am–6pm), a laundry with washing machine, and various amenities such as a bar, restaurant and shop. The Torridge coast is within a mile, and a number of beaches lie within easy driving distance, among them Westward Ho! and Woolacombe.
