Ash is a lower ground floor apartment built into the substantial grounds of a larger property, part of a duo that can be booked separately or together. The layout is all on one level: a combined living, dining and kitchen space opens onto decking, with two bedrooms and a bathroom completing the footprint. Beds are configured as zip-and-link super kings that split into twins if needed, plus a day bed in one room and a single in the other. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

The grounds are shared with one other property on-site and include an outdoor swimming pool, a private hot tub for six (children must be 12 or over), seating areas and a barbecue. There are paths for walking around the larger garden, and the setting overlooks a nature reserve. Bideford Quay is within a mile. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Parking for three cars is available. There are steps in the grounds. The property is non-smoking, and arrives are from 15:00 with checkout at 10:00.
