Walk through the door of Puffin House and you enter a spacious ground floor with living room, kitchen/dining room and a desk tucked into the entrance hall. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine; the living room has a Freeview TV and electric fire. Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with its own shower en-suite, another kingsize, and a twin room. The family bathroom has both a bath and separate shower cubicle. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided; the farmhouse is heated by biomass. There is private parking for three cars on site.

This Grade II Listed property sits within a working farm on Hartland Peninsula, 200 yards from the Southwest Coast Path. The coastal path itself is minutes away on foot, offering access to beaches and cliff-top walks. Back at the house, a private walled courtyard contains garden furniture and a hot tub for six. The property is non-smoking. A stairgate is fitted, and there are steps in the garden as well as at the entrance. Children under eight are not suitable for this property. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay.
