About Stoke Barton Farm Campsite
The folk who own Stoke Barton Farm have worked this corner of north Devon for generations, and their 12-acre site delivers exactly what families after a proper countryside escape hope for: spacious grass pitches with Atlantic views across the North Devon AONB, sheep grazing in neighbouring fields, and a genuinely peaceful atmosphere. Campers consistently praise the spotless facilities – hot showers, laundry, and washing-up areas all kept to a high standard – plus the helpful, friendly owners who share local knowledge and practical advice freely.
There's a football pitch for energetic kids, charging points to keep devices topped up, and an information shed stocked with kettles, microwaves and a communal freezer. Campfires and barbecues are welcome, adding to the relaxed vibe. Hartland's pubs and shops sit five minutes' drive away, while coastal walks and watersports opportunities are on the doorstep. With car parking by each pitch and plenty of space between neighbours, you'll never feel crowded – just wonderfully removed from everyday life.

What visitors say
Wonderful little campsite. We stayed in the non electric field in June. Perfect location to the Spekes waterfall and beach. Quiet and peaceful we were one of only four vans on the site. Would highly recommend ❤️

Lovely campsite, with a lot of space, lovely views and great hosts. They have a lovely information room where you can learn about the surrounding area. Showers, toilet blocks, laundry room, and washing-up areas are kept clean and tidy. It is a working farm, so you do get to see some machinery driving about and tending to the neighbouring fields. Overall, it is a very calm and peaceful place. They offer cutlery, ceramic plates, bowls, and cups for backpackers that are walking the sea trails, which we thought was very nice and thoughtful of the owners.

Camped here in September. First time in the area and ended up extending our stay. Easily booked on the website and a warm welcome when we arrived. Given a choice of available pitches. Facilities were clean and the showers lovely and hot. Very friendly and offered advice on local walks. Had 2 dogs with us. Would definitely revisit!
