This converted barn sits in a small cluster of rural properties near Exmansworthy in North Devon, within walking distance of the South West Coastal Path. The location puts you between open countryside and the coast, with direct access to both on foot. The cottage itself occupies the main barn, while a separate annexe with its own entrance provides the third bedroom—useful if you're travelling with another couple or want a retreat space within the property.
The main barn holds an open-plan living area with a wood burner, a dining space and a kitchen equipped for real cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, and coffee machine. Two bedrooms here include one double and one with twin single beds, plus a full bathroom with washing machine. The annexe contains a double bedroom and its own en-suite shower room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is oil central, and there's wood for the burner to get you started. The front courtyard has patio seating; the rear garden is more private, with furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Space for two cars on site. One dog stays free. No smoking inside.
