East Croft Barn

Between Okehampton and Holsworthy, the Devon countryside around East Croft Barn feels properly remote—you're on a working dairy farm, surrounded by open land. The barn itself was converted in 2018 and sits detached, giving you genuine privacy. It sleeps 8 across three bedrooms: a kingsize, a second kingsize, and a bunk room with a double below and single above. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite to the main bedroom. One dog can stay free.

The ground floor is built around a large open-plan space with a wood burner at its centre, dining table, and a second sitting room with an extra two pull-out single beds if you need them. That second sitting room opens straight onto a patio and enclosed garden with furniture and a gas barbecue. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs are included. Parking for four cars on site. The property has a natural water supply from a bore hole. No smoking inside.
