The Nook

The Nook is a converted granary on the site of a Victorian Model Farm, with the original building's character still evident in its arched windows, doors and beamed ceilings. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed by a single step. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with dining and kitchen zones, while the bedroom contains two single beds. An ensuite with bath and shower serves the room. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen has an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for self-catering.

A lawned garden with furniture provides outdoor space, and there is parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free of charge. The property sits within easy reach of the South West Coastal Path and several dog-friendly beaches and coves. Clovelly, known for its cobbled streets and working harbour, is 2 miles away. Hartland village, 3 miles distant, has three pubs, galleries, shops and a bakery. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
