About Hartland Caravan and Camping Park
Hartland Caravan and Camping Park sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where spacious, level pitches—many with electric hook-ups and water—make an excellent base for exploring north Devon's dramatic coastline. Campers praise the spotless shower blocks with plenty of hot water and the genuinely welcoming owners, though some note the facilities can feel a touch dated. Reasonable prices and a five-minute stroll into Hartland village (for pubs, shops and a morning coffee) add to the appeal.
The remote Mouthmill beach, with its striking Blackchurch rock arch, lies a short drive and scenic walk away, while the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail offer endless rambles through pretty coastal villages like Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. Fishing on site, campfires under the stars, and a peaceful, wildlife-rich setting seal the deal for those after a proper back-to-nature escape.

What visitors say
Absolutely fantastic camp site located in North Devon. Stunning views of the bay/ coast at sunset from our pitch. Received a very bubbly and warm welcome from our host becca when we arrived which was lovely. Lots of hot running water available with the showers and toilets very clean. Very large flat/ level pitches when camping with water locations and EHU near to the pitches. Campsite also has a little fishing pond, which if you love fishing could not be better, 2 mins walk from your pitch. Spent a entire day fishing and caught some beautiful fish. Little village of Hartland is only a few Minutes walk from the site with 3 x pubs and some shops for supplies all within walking distance. The Kings Arms pub was our favorite, pool table, darts and large screen TV's. Will definitely return when back in Devon. Local fish and chip is lovely and well worth a visit. Having a fantastic time so far. You really can't stay at a better campsite.

Maybe a working progress in places, but really friendly very accommodating site with all amenities in place. It's close to some incredible places to walk and the village centre is a two minute walk and has a post office store, a small grocery store and a fish & chips shop. Make sure you take your leveling ramps as some of the pitches are not that level.

Great site and a credit to Becca who is so lovely and helpful. Site has everything you need, showers and toilets were very clean and tidy, nice and simple, plenty of hot water, and the price is very reasonable, what more do you need. Brilliant location for exploring Hartland. Short walk into the village which has 3 lovely pubs and a convenience store. We enjoyed a walk to the coastal path from site. Hartland Quay is a short drive away which has plenty of coastal path walks. Absolutely would recommend this site to anyone who like peace and quiet and open countryside.

We visited this little gem Easter weekend only for a one night stay, wished it could have been more . We booked last minute and we're still able to have electric hook up and the views were amazing.Lovely clean and hot showers . A five minute stroll to the village pubs. There are 3 of them we ate at The Hart and went to the kings Arms and there was a live band ,absolutely brilliant night. Becca was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us . Will definitely come again and very highly recommend this beautiful sight.
