The Old Workshop
Torridge
Appledore's narrow lanes and waterfront make it one of North Devon's most characterful villages. The Old Workshop sits in a traffic-free corner, its converted stone building opening onto a fully enclosed courtyard garden with patio, pear trees and seating—private enough to feel like your own space, yet two minutes' walk from the quay, galleries and local pubs.
Inside, the ground floor is one generous open-plan room: living area with smart TV and French doors to the garden, then kitchen and dining space with high ceilings. A modern bathroom with bath and shower is here too. Upstairs, two galleried bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—share the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included. On-road parking is available nearby; the public car park is a short walk away.
The property sleeps four and is yours alone. The garden has level drops in places, so children need supervising. No smoking inside.
