As a family of four we love this site. It's well maintained, has excellent kitchen facilities and the access to the castle ruins is great for entertaining the kids. Throw in fire pits, a BBQ hut, giant swing and the visiting dog that enjoys never-ending fetch and you find there is nothing else needed. Tom and the team are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We've been a few times and any minor issues are always resolved quickly. Although Usk is small, there is plenty to do in the area - our children love walking to the river for a paddle as much as travelling to Raglan Farm Park. Castle Knights will remain a regular campong destination for a while.

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem. Lovely staff, perfect communal areas including fire pits, BBQ, and BBQ hut which is a cosy little hut with central chimenea and covered seating in the round. We only camped, but the glamping accomodation is quirky and seemingly well catered for. The toilets and showers were spotless and cleaned regularly with the looks of it. Best of all? There is a castle to explore, with some amazing views. We will definitely be back, Usk is a beautiful little piece of heaven. Oh forgot to mention the friendly little Robin that joined us around the fire, he was a lovely little bird that was very intrigued by our presence. Enchanting.

One of our favourite campsites! We visit a few times a year and it is always perfect. Love hearing the birds especially the resident Woodpecker! Tom, Laura and the rest of the team are lovely and always so helpful. Location is perfect, just a stones throw from Usk for shops and places to eat and drink. Had a lovely relaxing weekend here again and can't wait to return. Thank you for letting us stay again 😁

This is the second time we've stayed here as a small group of mates visiting the area on motorcycles and already we are talking about planning our 3rd trip. It's ideally located for anyone travelling on the TET. A bit of a hidden gem, great location and great facilities. The kitchen area, covered BBQ hut and fire pits really make the place stand out. We've been lucky enough to stay here when it has been very quiet so can't comment on what it is like when busy but can't see it being much different. The town is a 5 minute walk with plenty of pubs and restaurants. There are shops for food supplies and a fuel station a few minutes from the site.
