I had a great experience at the lido, and Shay was absolutely fantastic. I especially loved the way she treated the kids she was so kind, patient and caring, and really went out of her way to make them smile. It was especially lovely to see how she comforted a little girl who was in pain and helped make her feel better. Shay’s kindness and genuine care really stood out. She made the experience so much more positive, and it was lovely to see. Thank you, Shay, for being so wonderful with the children! ❤️

FOOD CUSTOMERS BEWARE. The Cafe is not GOOD. On Saturday 20th June just before my son's swimming school lesson at about 10:20am I ordered a breakfast BAP that costs over £7. The first time the bun was rock hard like it has been in a microwave. I returned it to the same assistant who sold it to me and they said it was in the oven and that "some people like the bun hard" lol. When she came back she had taken the egg, sausage, bacon and reheated it and then placed into a new bun egg was rubbery and sausage burnt. NEVER again. It makes me question how they handle food to find this acceptable. Also I noted the manager must have been aware, as she was in the kitchen herself. Really disappointed and shocked by this experience.

My experience of joining Hillingdon Leisure Centre was nothing short of exemplary, owing entirely to the exceptional assistance provided by Sania at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she conducted herself with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and grace. She took considerable time to explain every membership option in a clear, comprehensive, and impartial manner, ensuring I was able to make a fully informed decision without feeling the slightest sense of pressure. Her patience was truly remarkable, and no question was ever too much trouble. In an age where genuinely outstanding customer service has become increasingly uncommon, Sania distinguished herself through her warmth, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to ensuring a first-class customer experience. She transformed what could have been a routine administrative process into one that was both seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Hillingdon Leisure Centre is exceptionally fortunate to have a member of staff of such calibre. Sania is a tremendous credit to the organisation and embodies the very highest standards of professionalism and customer care. She has made an impeccable first impression, and I look forward to my membership with great enthusiasm. My sincere thanks once again to Sania for making the entire experience so effortless and memorable.

We've been to the outdoor pool before but never the indoor pool. There's a great size main pool and a shallow pool with a waterfall, 2 downward water jets and jacuzzi jets. We took 3 of our children and we all loved it. Relaxing for the adults if you spend time in the shallow pool with the kids and a large enough area sectioned off in the main pool for adults and children to enjoy, in addition to the lane swimming area. The pool temperatures aren't shockingly cold, which is great and you soon get used to it. We'll definitely go back with and without the kids.
