Our second visit, and just as good as we remembered. A beautiful historic cottage, well appointed rooms and ideally located for Warwick Castle. Great hosts and a great breakfast covering all appetites. Enough parking for all the rooms. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

The location of Park Cottage is excellent for both town and the castle and the breakfast was fabulous. Our room was lovely with all the charm you would hope for. Janet was super helpful with suggestions for our short trip to Warwick and we would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

We (my sister and I) had a wonderful stay at Park Cottage. It is a charming historic building in a great location, very close to the the Centre of Warwick and to the entrance to Warwick Castle. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and full of character, and the breakfasts are delicious. Highly recommended!

Great B&B right next to Warwick Castle. (Used to be part of it). Lovely bedrooms, great breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals and a choice of cooked breakfast alongside fab knowledge of the area to make the most out of your stay. Park the car and leave it there because everything is within walking distance. 👌 Highly recommended
