The Haybarn

Waverley's countryside around Ewhurst offers quiet riding country and wooded Surrey Hills walks. The Haybarn sits at the edge of a working equine farm, reached by a private lane through fields and paddocks. This is rural accommodation in the true sense—peaceful, but with the farm as active neighbours, so late-night noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect.

The property is a converted barn with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master has a kingsize bed, a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower; the second bedroom has a double sleigh bed and walk-in shower. The ground-floor layout is open plan, with a living area that opens entirely via bi-fold doors onto a terrace overlooking the paddocks. A wood burner sits in the corner, a Smart TV (Netflix included) is built into a print montage on the wall, and the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms and oil central heating keep things warm. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. There is parking for three cars on site, and a garden with terrace and patio to use. The property is non-smoking.
