The Cabin

Pevensey Bay sits on the East Sussex coast with direct access to sand and shingle beach via a footpath. The Cabin is a ground-floor studio within the owner's grounds, a short walk from the shoreline and close enough to Sovereign Harbour Marina that its restaurants and waterfront are reachable on foot. The castle and the wider history of the area—from Roman fortifications to Cinque Port smuggling routes—are nearby to explore.

Inside is a single open-plan space with a living area, separate kitchen and one double bedroom, plus a shower room. A patio and small enclosed garden open from the property. The essentials are covered: wifi, heating, linen and towels are included. One small dog stays free and the owner provides extras for pets. Parking for one car is on site. The property does not accept children, and smoking is not permitted.

The beach is 100 yards away. A shop, pub and restaurant are within half a mile. Golf and fishing are available locally.
