What visitors say
Really peaceful and tranquil place to walk around. Picturesque and lots to walk around and see. Free water stations available and cafes on site. Restrooms as well. Pre booking is recommended as there is an entry fee. Recommended if you like views, walks and artwork. Also dog friendly but they need to be on a lead.

Visited YSP on Bank Holiday Monday as it was the best weather across the weekend. We arrived with our dog only to realise that we had forgotten his lead. We parked up in the overflow carpark as it was busy. The parking sign stated 3 hours free and then charges apply. We popped into the information area and they were fantastic. They were able to lend us a dog lead left by previous visitors to the park. This made our day much more enjoyable. They also confirmed that the parking was free for the day. We then took a walk around the site. It was absolutely beautiful. The juxtaposition of the sculptures against the backdrop of amazing countryside is just a joy. There are 3 main cafes to stop for refreshments and plenty of seating for all. An added bonus was all the wildlife, from rabbits and squirrels to the many different birds who also live in the park and waters. All in all I cannot recommend this place enough. At £9.50 entry for adults it is well worth the money.

Spent the full day here, really enjoyed it. You probably don't realise how far you are walking, or how quickly time is passing, as you explore the park and the various sculptures. The food in the cafe was excellent, home made and reasonably priced too.

Lots of parking, accessible toilets but wouldn't say the site to see the sculptures outside is fully accessible if you are in a wheelchair but they do hire a motorised tramper. Good options for eating at 2 different sites. There is helpful information about each sculpture on site and you can get an app for more details too. Its easy to miss some things as it's a big area of land.

Visitors say this sculpture park offers a vast collection of intriguing outdoor sculptures set within beautiful, expansive grounds, providing a unique blend of art and nature. They also highlight the excellent cafes with good food and drinks, and appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. Many mention the good value, especially since children under 18 enter free and parking is included.
