Clover Cottage works well for families or small groups wanting space to spread out. The house sleeps seven across three bedrooms—two doubles and a twin—with a family bathroom downstairs and a separate toilet upstairs. One well-behaved dog is welcome. You get the whole property to yourself, with private parking for two cars and a garden with patio area to use.

The living room has an open fire (logs provided), a dining table and television. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking: electric cooker, microwave, full-sized fridge-freezer and washing machine. Everything needed for a stay—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—is included. The cottage sits near Abbeyford Wood South Car Park, within reach of Dartmoor exploration. No smoking inside; sheep graze locally, so dogs must stay on a lead.
