Bailgate Barn

Bailgate Barn is a ground-floor converted barn sleeping six across three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Every room has a zip-and-link bed arrangement, smart TV and walk-in shower (the third bedroom adds a bath). The open-plan living space centres on a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, flowing through bi-fold doors to a patio and enclosed garden. There's an electric vehicle charging point, private parking for three cars, and a private hot tub for the full party to use.

The barn sits on a quiet country lane near Ashlin Farm Barns in West Lindsey, about five miles from Lincoln's centre. The city's cathedral, castle and Magna Carta visitor centre are within reach, along with Bailgate's historic cobbled streets of independent shops and restaurants in the Cathedral Quarter. The Lincolnshire Showground and Hemswell Antique Centre are easily accessible, and a 50-acre nature reserve down the lane offers walking and bird watching. The coast is roughly 45 minutes away. Underfloor heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. One pet stays free. No smoking.
