Castle Hill Barn

Castle Hill Barn is a thoroughly equipped conversion sleeping six across three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The ground-floor layout keeps everything on one level: a combined living and dining space with smart TV opens via bi-fold doors onto a patio, while the kitchen is fitted for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine all included. Underfloor heating runs through the property, and Wi-Fi is live throughout.

Each bedroom contains a zip-and-link bed arrangement (two single beds per room that can be pushed together) and a smart TV. Bathrooms vary: two have walk-in showers with heated towel rails; the third adds a bath with shower over. Outside, a private enclosed garden includes a patio with furniture and a six-person hot tub. There is parking for three cars and an electric vehicle charging point. One pet stays free of charge.

The barn sits on a quiet country lane in West Lindsey, near Ashlin Farm Barns. A 50-acre nature reserve lies further down the lane, offering walks and bird-watching. Lincoln city centre is five miles away, with the castle, cathedral, and the Cathedral Quarter's independent shops and restaurants within easy reach. The property is non-smoking.
