Field Maple Barn

Field Maple Barn works for larger groups and families who want genuine space. Ten guests can spread across five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a wood burner and hot tub on the grounds. The open-plan ground floor holds the kitchen, dining and living areas; upstairs are four more bedrooms. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi and logs for the fire. One dog stays free of charge.

The converted barn sits on a quiet country lane roughly five miles from Lincoln city centre. You have a sheltered courtyard and a large garden; the hot tub accommodates ten people. There is also an on-site fishing lake if you hold a licence. Lincoln itself has the castle, cathedral, and Bailgate—a historic quarter of cobbled streets with independent shops and restaurants. A 50-acre nature reserve lies further along the lane, good for walks and bird watching. The property is non-smoking.
