Beech Cottage

Beech Cottage comes ready for use with essentials covered: electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, and the wood burner has its initial fuel supplied. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, making it straightforward to cook and manage laundry for larger groups. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand for families with young children.

The layout works well for groups or multi-family stays. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner, sleeping capacity for eight spread across three bedrooms: two with single beds (3ft) on the ground floor, and a kingsize upstairs. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath with shower; the master bedroom comes with its own ensuite shower room. A galleried landing with a double sofa bed provides extra sleeping or a sheltered play area. Two heated towel rails mean everyone gets dry towels without fuss.

Outside, a private hot tub accommodates six, with garden furniture on the sitting-out area and parking for three cars. Smoking is not permitted. The cottage sits near Sainsbury's in Linlithgow Bridge and accepts one pet.
