Southfield Art Studio

Southfield Art Studio occupies a converted studio space on a rural property near All Saints Church, surrounded by open countryside. The village itself has a functioning high street with shops, a butchers and post office, plus The Old Plough Pub & Restaurant nearby. A canal towpath runs through the grounds, leading to further pubs in the village and opening up to walking and cycling routes across the surrounding farmland.

The studio is laid out across two floors. Downstairs is a single open-plan room combining living and dining areas, with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Upstairs is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and underfloor heating. A shower room serves the whole space. You get the entire property to yourself, with wi-fi, parking for one car on site, and a small garden with patio area. Bed linen and towels are provided. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The location works well for exploring three counties—Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire meet nearby—with Bletchley Park, Silverstone circuit and Towcester Races all within reasonable driving distance. The setting suits couples, solo travellers, or those visiting family in the area who want a quiet base away from a town centre.
