Riverside Cottage is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom property that sleeps six, set within grounds that edge the River Ouse. The cottage itself is modern and open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar, a dining area for proper meals, and a comfortable living room with a 50-inch Smart TV. One bedroom has a double bed and its own shower room; the other contains a zip-and-link super kingsize (which can be split into two singles) plus two additional single beds, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One well-behaved pet stays free.

Brandon's High Street is a minute's walk away, with shops, a supermarket, cafés and pubs. The Brecks and River Ouse offer woodland and riverside walks directly accessible from the property. On-site fishing is available with appropriate permits, and there is a shared gym. The grounds have some steps, and the neighbouring hotel lawns border the river. Parking is ample and right outside the cottage door. The property is non-smoking.
