Everything is on one level: a living and dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player opens to a conservatory; the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and full refrigeration; there's a utility room with washing machine; and a bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6in) alongside a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, along with oil central heating and air conditioning in the living room. A welcome pack and patio with garden furniture are provided, and there's private parking on site. The village pub and restaurant are within a mile, with shops slightly closer. Haverhill offers wider facilities, while historic Cambridge lies 15 miles away, with Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Duxford's Imperial War Museum, Audley End and Ickworth House all within reach for day trips. No smoking is permitted in the property.
